What to Eat this Week
Five dinner ideas for what to eat this week plus a free printable grocery list!

Who’s excited for the weekend!? It’s nice and hot here in Spokane, so I’m sure we’re going to spend some time in the sprinklers, at the splash pad and at least one day on the river.
I don’t know about you all, but planning out my dinners for the week saves me SO much mental energy. Seriously, when I don’t know what the plan is for dinner, I stress about it all day, don’t have half the things I need or want, have to make an extra trip to the grocery store, ending up spending more than I want, blah blah blah. Wasting time, energy and money, boo.
So if this sounds familiar, let me encourage you! Meal planning can be as simple as choosing 5 dinners for the week. Writing down all the ingredients you need into a succinct grocery list. Grocery shopping ONCE for the whole week and having everything you need on hand. And then eating deliciously all week long!
And guess what? I did it for youuuuuu. You’re welcome.
I picked out five seriously amazing dinners and made the grocery list. All you need to do is go get the groceries and cook it up baybay!
Here’s What to Eat This Week
MONDAY-Spicy Potato Soft Tacos
We’re going to ease into the week bc these are literally the EASIEST tacos you’ll ever make.

TUESDAY- Garlic Sweet Chili Shrimp and Green Beans
Sweet, savory, creamy, garlicky and delectable, this is legit my favorite way to eat shrimp.

WEDNESDAY- Pasta with Broccoli and Sausage
Pasta tossed with sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli, garlic and flavorful Italian sausage. It is SO easy. Exactly what we need on hump day amirite!?

THURSDAY- Miso Butter Salmon and Rice
THIS MISO BUTTER OMG. It’s so good. You can usually find miso in the international foods aisle of regular grocery stores but if not, your local Asian market will have it!

FRIDAY- Roasted Veggie Power Bowls
This is the ultimate end-of-the-week-clean-the-fridge-out-throw-on-a-sheet-pan type of meal.

Yummmm. I already feel better knowing what to eat this week, don’t you!? ๐๐ป

FYI brussel sprouts were on this list, I think you may have forgotten to take them off from last time you did a meal plan?
