Hello and welcome! I’m Erica and I’m so glad you’re here!
I am a registered dietitian, wife, mama, and internet-taught home cook. I love sharing simple strategies for making food, nutrition and exercise accessible, fun, and DOable!
As a home cook, I need meals that are quick and simple. As a registered dietitian I love food that packs a nutritious punch. As a foodie I want food that is drool-worthy. I’m here to share how to do all three!
There is something so powerful about a good meal.
After years of chasing the fads and being confused about what is “healthy,” I decided to dive into the science of nutrition and pursue healing my relationship with food.
I have my Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Whitworth University and my Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Washington State University. I am so happy I pursued a career in nutrition!
At my core, I love sharing with the world how ALL foods can fit within a healthy diet and how simple it can be to create meals that are fun and delicious to eat AND full of nutrition.
My passion is always eating to THRIVE and loving every. single. bite.
I live in the PNW with my husband, two sweet daughters and black lab, Griffin.
Things I love: throwing dinner parties, attending dinner parties, game nights, camping, being outside, exercise of almost any kind and of course, food.
