Tangy, sweet and spicy with a creamy texture, this spicy honey mustard dressing is hard to beat! Take your salads, sandwiches, wraps and more to a whole new level.


  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or hot sauce


Add all ingredients to a small bowl or salad shaker and whisk until smooth and combined. You can adjust the consistency with a little water if desired. If you’re serving this as a spread or dip you’ll likely want a thicker consistency (recipe as written) but you may need to thin with water if drizzling or using this as a salad dressing.

Taste and season per your taste. An extra pinch of salt will lift the overall flavor, more hot sauce to make it spicier, more honey if you want it a little sweeter, and a splash more ACV for tang and acidity. (I like it just as written but everyone has different taste buds!)
