Description

Simple and versatile this white balsamic vinaigrette will be your new favorite healthy salad dressing!

Instructions

  • In a salad shaker or mason jar, add the dijon, honey, salt, pepper and white balsamic vinegar and stir to combine. Add the olive oil and shake or whisk until well emulsified.

  • Taste and season with another pinch of salt and pepper or squeeze of honey, if needed, per your taste.

  • Serve on salad greens, as the marinade for chicken or fish, drizzled over rice bowls or roasted vegetables.

Notes

  • If you omit the Dijon and black pepper this dressing is uh.MAY.zing on fresh fruit salad!
