Simple and versatile this white balsamic vinaigrette will be your new favorite healthy salad dressing!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a salad shaker or mason jar, add the dijon, honey, salt, pepper and white balsamic vinegar and stir to combine. Add the olive oil and shake or whisk until well emulsified.
- Taste and season with another pinch of salt and pepper or squeeze of honey, if needed, per your taste.
- Serve on salad greens, as the marinade for chicken or fish, drizzled over rice bowls or roasted vegetables.

- I strongly recommend this white balsamic vinaigrette on this beautiful summer salad.
- If you omit the Dijon and black pepper this dressing is uh.MAY.zing on fresh fruit salad!
