Description
This fresh strawberry jalapeno salsa combines the sweetness of strawberries, spiciness of jalapeños, creaminess of avocado and punchiness of red onion to create a balanced and incredible pico de gallo!

- 1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 small avocado, cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
Give the avocado cubes a spritz of lime juice and toss to coat. Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
