Description

​If you need a stellar holiday cocktail look no further! This Pomegranate French 75 is perfectly sweet, tart, bubbly and will add the perfect sparkle to your holiday party!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz pomegranate syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 2-3 oz prosecco
  • Edible glitter, optional but fun!
  • Garnish ideas: lemon twist, sprigs of rosemary, pomegranate arils

Instructions

Individual: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine gin, syrup, lemon juice and a pinch of edible glitter, if using. Shake vigorously until well combined. Pour into a champagne flute and top with prosecco or sparkling wine of choice. Garnish with fresh pomegranate arils, rosemary sprigs or a twist of lemon.

Pitcher: combine gin, pomegranate syrup, lemon juice and small spoonful of glitter (1/2 teaspoon) in a large pitcher, whisking vigorously to combine. When ready to serve, pour into champagne flutes and top each with prosecco. If you’d like to get the cocktail nice and cold you can pour the pomegranate gin mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake and serve.
