Description
Caramel apples meet peanut butter cups in this sweet, salty, creamy yogurt dip! Made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, salted caramel and chocolate chips, it’s a deliciously satisfying fall snack for dipping fruit, pretzels and more.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce + extra for drizzling
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 2 tablespoons roasted, salted peanuts, chopped
- For serving: apple, pear or banana slices, cinnamon sugar pretzels, mini rice cakes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract/paste, 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts.
- Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with an extra drizzle of caramel, more peanuts and chocolate chips, if desired.
- Serve with apple or pear slices, pretzel twists (the Dot’s cinnamon sugar ones are SO good), mini rice cakes, graham crackers or whatever your heart desires!
