Description

This mustard dill dressing is bright, herby, and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. It instantly elevates whatever you pour it on – from salads to grilled veggies or juicy chicken.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste or 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 4-5 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or salad shaker and whisk or shake vigorously until completely smooth and emulsified. Taste and season per your tastes, with an extra pinch of salt and pepper for overall flavor, honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang.
  2. Use on leafy greens, grain or bean based salads, drizzled over sautéed or roasted veggies, in rice bowls or as a marinade for chicken, fish or steak.
