- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Pinch of sugar, optional
Instructions
Use a paper towel to squeeze just a little moisture out of the kimchi. Combine the kimchi and mayo in a blender or food processor. Add a pinch of sugar if desired. Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
Serve on tacos, rice bowls, salads, burritos, pizza, burgers, sandwiches or whatever your heart desires!
