Description

These crispy hot honey Brussels sprouts will make eating vegetables your new favorite pastime. Sweet, salty and just perfect, I know you’re going to love them!


Ingredients

  • 24oz Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey, plus more for finishing
  • 1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cubed or crumbled feta
  • Chives, to garnish

Instructions

Oven Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Farenheit.

Quarter the Brussels sprouts.

Line a rimmed sheet pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Place the Brussels sprouts in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil and hot honey. Sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender. Cube or crumble the feta cheese and add it to the Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle on the chives. Drizzle with more hot honey and serve hot.

Air Fryer instructions

Place quartered Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and drizzle with oil and honey and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well coated. Place in the air fryer and air fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes until crispy, golden brown and tender. Finish with extra honey, feta and chives!
