Description

Creamy balsamic dressing made with Greek yogurt, olive oil, Dijon, and maple syrup. Smooth, tangy, and balanced, ready in 2 minutes for salads, bowls, and more.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon EACH kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a small blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with another pinch of salt or pepper for overall flavor, glug of vinegar for acidity, maple syrup for sweetness, per your tastes.
