Description
Creamy cilantro yogurt sauce made with Greek yogurt, fresh lime, garlic, and olive oil. A quick 5-minute taco sauce perfect for tacos, burrito bowls, fajitas, and grilled chicken.

- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup green onions, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic paste or 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 jalapeño, roughly chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and season with another pinch of salt, squeeze of lime or glug of olive oil, per your tastes. Adjust consistency with a splash of water if you like the sauce a little thinner.
- Serve with tacos, fajitas, burritos, rice bowls, nachos and beyond!
