Description
Fresh, fruity, and perfect for warm weather, this springtime sangria is made with white wine, citrus, berries, and mango for a bright, refreshing pitcher cocktail everyone will love.

- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 mango, cubed
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1 bottle dry white wine like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
- club soda or sparkling water (or ginger ale or Sprite if you like things sweeter!)
Instructions
- Place all of the fruit in a large pitcher. Add 1 cup pineapple juice, ½ cup triple sec, and a bottle of wine. Use a wooden spoon to stir, gently smashing the fruit to help it macerate.
- Let sit for at least 4 hours, up to 48 hours.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice. Scoop some of the sangria fruit into each glass and pour the sangria over the top. Finish with a splash of club soda, or ginger ale or Sprite if you prefer a sweeter drink.
